Wellness Summit Event Branding — Pacific Coast Wellness
Client
Pacific Coast Wellness, organisers of a two-day wellness summit for industry professionals in Vancouver.
Problem
The summit had solid programming but a fragmented brand — the stage, the printed programme, the badges, and the social campaign had each been produced separately, in different styles, by different suppliers. Attendees experienced four different events instead of one. With a hard event date and a fixed production window, the organiser needed the entire brand delivered as a single coordinated system.
Solution
Gravitas India produced the summit's complete brand experience: stage design and scenic branding, printed collaterals (programme, badges, signage, speaker materials), and the digital promotion campaign — all built from one visual identity and coordinated against a single production calendar. Every touchpoint an attendee met carried the same language.
Implementation / Technical Approach
- Single identity system — one design language applied across stage, print, and digital from day one, instead of three suppliers interpreting a brief.
- Stage and scenic design — backdrops, speaker branding, and wayfinding designed for the actual stage dimensions and lighting conditions of the venue.
- Collateral production — programmes, badges, and directional signage printed to a unified spec, with pre-event assembly verification.
- Digital campaign in lockstep — social promotions and event emails built from the same visual assets as the print, so pre-event buzz matched the on-site experience.
- Single production calendar — design, print, and delivery milestones tracked against the event date with no last-minute supplier surprises.

Outcomes
The summit ran on schedule with every touchpoint on-brand — from the stage attendees walked into to the programme in their hands to the posts that had built the buzz beforehand. Attendee feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the organiser has since signed for the next edition on the strength of the unified experience.
