Problem

Traffic was consistently low during mid-week periods. The chain needed a way to drive customer visits on Wednesdays and transform light traffic days into profitable ones.

Solution

Gravitas India developed a custom CRM & Loyalty Program with integrated POS hardware and software. The promotion offered 50% off premium menu items to registered loyalty card members across four targeted Wednesdays (mid-January to mid-February). Rewards were automatically loaded onto loyalty cards in real time when guests identified themselves at the POS, with redemption restricted to 4pm–closing and unused rewards auto-expiring at end of day.
