Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions about UV Printing Solutions, answered

UV printing works on virtually any flat surface: acrylic, glass, metal, wood, plastic, PVC, leather, ceramic tiles, foam board, coroplast, and more. The UV-curing process allows printing on non-porous and heat-sensitive materials that traditional printing can't handle.
Yes, UV printing is highly durable for outdoor applications. The UV-cured ink is resistant to fading, scratching, and weather exposure. For outdoor signage and displays, we use UV-resistant inks and recommend laminate finishing for extended longevity (3-5 years outdoors).
There is no minimum order quantity for UV printing. Unlike screen printing or offset printing, UV digital printing has minimal setup cost, making it economical for single pieces, small batches, and large runs alike.
Most UV printing jobs are completed within 24-48 hours, depending on quantity and complexity. Simple single-piece orders can often be turned around same-day. Large volume orders (100+ pieces) may require 3-5 business days.
Our UV flatbed printers accommodate materials up to 4ft x 8ft (1220mm x 2440mm) in size. For larger applications, we can tile multiple panels. Maximum material thickness is approximately 50mm.
